Western States Association of Union Contractors

The mission of WS-AUC is to unite and support union contractors across the Western States by ensuring access to a skilled and capable workforce, promoting fair and collaborative labor-management relations, and strengthening the competitive position of our industry. We are committed to advancing quality, safety, opportunity, and long-term stability for our members, our workforce, and the communities we build.

WS-AUC strives to serve its members in a timely and professional manner and provide value and assistance with all of their Labor Relations, Contract Negotiations, and Contract Administration needs.

  • The Western States Association of Union Contractors has assisted my business in increasing work opportunities by working with the Union to make adjustments to the Collective Bargaining Agreement and to develop an addenda to the Agreement that have given me the ability to compete in markets that we were not competitive in before the formation of our WS-AUC Regional Master Agreement.
