Contract Negotiations

The Western States Association of Union Contractors is the official bargaining agent of our member contractors and has established Collective Bargaining Agreements covering multiple scopes of work in the states of Alaska, Oregon and Washington. The Association, its representatives and the elected Officers actively negotiate with our labor partners to establish standardized working conditions to ensure that our member contractors are able to compete in multiple industries across our jurisdiction.

Labor Relations

The WS-AUC, has created, maintains and works to build and foster positive working relations with the Unions that we maintain a Collective Bargaining Relationship with. The Association and its representatives work with the Union(s) on daily basis to mitigate issues, create and apply strategies to increase work opportunity for our Member Contractors and assist in the settlement or resolution to any grievances that may arise.

Contract Administration

The Western States Association of Union Contractors, its Executive Director and Representatives work with our member Contractors to assist with the interpretation and application of our Collective Bargaining Agreement(s) and the Terms and Conditions that may or may not apply in any given situation. We are available to answer question and provide guidance and support to all WS-AUC members.
